Students from the School of Accounting and Finance are sought after because industry knows they can hit the ground running in any business setting. Many of our graduates excel  as business leaders and company executives.

We are one of the largest schools in Australia, with 32 staff and more than 2200 undergraduate and postgraduate students spread across five campuses, including Malaysia and Singapore. 

All our courses are recognised professionally with accreditation from CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, the National Institute of Accountants and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Students can also undertake joint degrees combining accounting with several other Faculty courses.

Our graduates work in the public and private sector in many fields, such as banking, auditing, taxation, management and financial accounting. We work with industry to ensure our courses match contemporary needs:

• Work Integrated Learning program.

Work Integrated Learning offers third-year students a year's paid work experience before they return to complete their degree. 

Postgraduate opportunities include the popular Master of Business in Professional Accounting, which enables graduates in other disciplines to qualify as an accountant.
