The Centre for International Corporate Governance Research aims to improve governance of the private and public sectors through the use of independent academic research and consultancies, and the commissioning of studies. Its activities include:

The Centre is a member of GOVNET, the Australian Government-funded network whose members collaborate on research into corporate governance.
Associate Professor Aurthur Tatnall is acting director of the Centre.
