EnrolmentsMid-year enrolments 2009All currently enrolled students must ensure that they are enrolled in units of study for semester 2, 2009 by checking MyVU. You must also check the Faculty class timetables for semester 2 to ensure that the units in which you are enrolled are being offered. If the units do not appear on the timetable then you must amend your semester 2 enrolment. Continuing students correctly enrolled for Semester 2 DO NOT need to attend a formal enrolment session. Continuing students who must amend their Semester 2 units of study must complete a Unit of Study enrolment amendment form and have this authorised either by attending a Faculty Office on campus or by attending one of the continuing student enrolment sessions listed below. This should be done at the earliest opportunity in order to register lecture/tutorial class preferences in MyTimetable (see below). All students must login to MyTimetable between 10am 30th June and 10am 16th July to register their lecture/tutorial class preferences for semester 2. Please note that you will not be able to register for classes relating to a unit unless you are enrolled in that unit. Enrolment sessionsIf attending a formal enrolment session please bring a pen and paper and a copy of your results from MyVU. Students required to attend an enrolment session prior to the release of semester 1 results (13th July) will be able to view unconfirmed results at their enrolment session.. New students Please remember to bring your 'Victoria University Letter of Offer'/International students (COE), a pen and documentation to support any claims for recognition of prior learning.
Continuing or leave of absence students Students Please note: If you are currently enrolled in Semester 2 you DO NOT need to attend a formal enrolment session unless you need to amend you units of study.
