Cityscape Restaurant
Cityscape restaurant has been a key teaching and learning facility in the School of Hospitality, Tourism and Marketing since 1986. Over that time, hundreds of students enrolled in our hospitality degree courses have studied the principles and practices of successful food and beverage management within the restaurant. Cityscape's contemporary design enables the School to continue to achieve educational goals in a realistic industry setting. The restaurant is fully licensed, with a full dining room and a private meeting room seating up to 20 guests. Customers can choose a quick, casual lunch or the more formal dining option. Cityscape Restaurant is situated in Building K. Level 5 on Footscray Park Campus Cityscape Menu The BarStudents explore how a bar operates from a managerial perspective, such as stock control systems and pricing. Each day, the barperson is responsible for requisitioning stock from the store, stocking the bar, developing the wine list for the day and preparing the daily cocktail. Opening Times Cityscape is open for Lunches and opening time is from 12 to 2.30 with last seating's at 1.45. Cityscape is open to staff, students and to the general public. Cityscape is generally open Tuesday through to Friday (See Dates Below for more information).
