Guest Speakers for School Functions
Staff, students and graduates of the School are also available to be guest speakers at secondary school careers expos.

THE-ICE Scholarships for Tourism and Hospitality Studies
Victoria University is a foundation member and the only Victorian member of the International Centre of Excellence in Tourism and Hospitality Education (THE-ICE). An Australian Government initiative commenced in 2005, endorsement by THE-ICE means that Victoria University tourism, and hospitality and events programs have been independently assessed by an international panel as having attained high standards of program excellence. THE-ICE Standards of Excellence, developed under the guidance of Emeritus Professor Andrew Lister, are use to benchmark comprehensive requirements that contribute to excellence in tourism and hospitality education programs.
