Victoria University offers a comprehensive Immigration Law program. The program has been running for twelve years and we have a teaching team who are both dedicated and experienced. Our course presenters are barristers and solicitors who have specialist expertise in the migration industry. The program also draws on a panel of guest lecturers to provide specialist content. The program comprises both award and non award programs. We offer customised training for businesses nationally.

We offer three types of immigration law courses:

• Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law & Practice. Successful completion of this course enables you to register as a migration agent;
• Continuing Professional Development courses for registered migration agents and practitioners;
• Specialist Professional Development courses catering for the migration advice industry including specialist training fro practitioners, human resource officers, educational providers and those working in the migrant support arena.

The Australian Immigration Law courses are run under Victoria University's Sir Zelman Cowen Centre.
