Victoria University's innovative Centre for Work Integrated Learning benefits students and employers.

Its undergraduate workplace programs give Faculty of Business and Law students the opportunity to work in companies such as ANZ, Coles Myer, KPMG and IBM Consulting in Australia or overseas, as part of their degree course. The programs produce highly qualified, well-trained individuals who can hit the ground running as graduates.

The workplace programs also provide organisations with a flexible source of talented, productive and motivated students to fulfil short-term needs. And it is cost effective – there are no recruitment fees. There are three areas co-ordinated by the Centre:
